During a Shiatsu and Meridian Clearing session, I first provide a relaxing massage on top of clothes that includes gentle rocking, long sweeping movements of the meridians and gentle pressure on points of tension in the body.  Then I provide an introduction to the 12-point acupressure system as it relates to the body. In collaboration with each client, we will focus on an area of tension or stress in the body and where it specifically lies and will trace the Meridian lines manually to release the energy block. Together, we then use breathing and relaxation techniques to release these feelings of tension, creating greater well-being and satisfaction.
